I love this!!! Wonder how many calories this workout burns? Anyone tried it with a heart rate monitor? Sometimes we need to go back to where we started so we can come back even greater than we were. I lost over lbs doing taebo,when I started with him in , that year, I tried so may workout videos and none really worked then a friend gave me a video of his and I have been using his videos since then, he has the best workout video by far, you actually enjoy working out with him, Thank you Billy Blanks.
Today was my first day. My weight is around Kg punds I only was able to follow the first 10 minutes and the I needed to stop every two minutes jajajaja. I only made 20 minutes but it feels good. I have been doing this for 1. I am doing this x a week, plus intermittent fasting 18 hrs. I did these workouts so very long ago and doing it again. He was ahead if his time by mixing toning with cardio. Thank you for uploading this, tae bo is my favorite workout. I prefer just music. Do you know any music that will rythme with this workout thank youu. I love all your workouts. I really tried but I will try again tomorrow. It is really intense. Just did this with my IOTV 20 lbs and 2 lbs wrist weights.
