It sometimes disappears from the screen completely. I think the next generation of Samsung keyboard needs to upgrade the mouse pad, or add a calibration method to it. Also, it was very simple to set up to my Samsung TV. The keyboard is good for doing small task; yet, it does not work with adding items to your smart-tv selection.

We received the keyboard on time for Christmas. I have used and have found it to be very capable in the Smart Hub's Web Browser function! By the way, it can be used in some of the Smart Hub apps, but usually there is a limit. I can live with that. I do not think that the limitations are in this keyboard, but in how Samsung has build its Smart Hub and the apps in it! Hopefully, Samsung will roll out more software upgrades that will allow this keyboard to be more functional in all of the Smart Hub apps.
