I saw many people downloading pirated copy and that seems to work, why the people who have designed the game not able to fix this issue. June July Turns out when I was installing my cpu and motherboard, some of the cpu's thermal compound leaked onto the side of the cpu itself and into the socket. After moving all my components to a new case did the technicians pick up on this, and cleaned the residue off and applied their own thermal compound. It now works perfectly and I can load past language select.

I find it strange though, since I only used the thermal paste that was already on the heatsink that came with the Ryzen 5. Just goes to show that anything can cause an issue.
